Srinagar, Apr 08 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department is hosting the Pampore Spring Festival at Samboora Tourist Village, celebrating the region's natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. The saffron fields of Pampore have turned into a vibrant, colorful landscape this spring, drawing tourists and locals to experience the bloom of wild tulips and mustard flowers. After the mustard fields transformed the area with a sea of bright yellow, wild tulips in shades of pink and white have now taken over, creating a striking contrast with the golden backdrop. As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the visitors along the Srinagar-Jammu highway stop to admire the mesmerizing sight, eager to capture the beauty of the moment. The festival is not just a visual feast but also an auditory one, with the sound of traditional Kashmiri music filling the air. The soothing melodies of the rabab and the evocative tunes of wanwun enrich the experience, adding to the charm of the spring season.
